It's a good idea. We would need to come up with:
1. The criteria for who to consider. (this could be as simple as an
ubuntero who is making a substantial contribution to the community.)
2. A place to submit names and info to.(maybe a wiki page that we reset
each month after picking the best from those listed.)
3. A list of questions to send to the person being interviewed.
