[ubuntu-mythtv] Mythbuntu 16.04 transcode to MPEG-4 corrupting video

Thankyou for the advice Anthony. I'll pose this question on a mythtv list.

FYI the channels I was attempting to transcode were ABC, SBS and 7mate.
