[ubuntu-mythtv] Patches for Mythbuntu theme 25.23

newicons.tar.gz:
* replacements for existing busyimages and type directories within the
  theme. busyimages contains 23 additional images (25.png to 47.png) I
  created. type contains one new image (subs.png) taken from the
  blootube-ng theme. Elkin Fricke, current maintainer, tells me that
  the theme was originally created by Justin Hornsby under the
  Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license.

base.xml:
* The busy animation enhanced with 23 more frames. Seeing the black
  circle turn grey, then mysteriously turn immediately black again,
  highly offended by aesthetics. The omission has been rectified.
* Mythfrontend is now five times faster!!!!! OK, not really. But the
  busy animation has, in part to better use the new frames, been sped
  up five times. Given that it's 2012 and we're all flying around on
  jetpacks, why should we put up with slow, jerky animation in our
  themes?
* The busy popup will no longer cut off long busy text.

music-ui.xml:
* Updated to use the new busy animation. (The animation is currently
  commented out, and I don't use MythMusic, but it's ready for if and
  when it's enabled.)

schedule-ui.xml:
* Fixed the broken Channel Priority and Custom Priority Rules
  editors.
* Descriptions are now justified everywhere.
* Categories now appear next to recording titles, à la Watch
  Recordings.
* Miscellaneous formatting fixes.
