OK, yes there was definitely clipping occurring everywhere, but I was able to fix it but setting the aspect ratio to "Just Scan" once I did that everything seems to work just fine.... 


No the only problem I have is sound over HDMI....I am using a GT220 card....

It does look like overscan to me. If you look at the mythtv picture, you can see that it's affected there too.

Sorry I should also state that I did go into the nvidia-setting application and play with the positioning and such in there and i set it from scale to centered and that didnt have an effect either.
