Sorry  I should also state that I did go into the nvidia-setting application and play with the positioning and such in there and i set it from scale to centered and that didnt have an effect either.

OK here are the images...>I was able to get into expert mode on my tv and i tried adjusting the scaling as well as position...and none of them seemed to have any effect.
