[ubuntu-mythtv] Draft of new Desktop - Need Feedback

Ok Everyone...

There has been allot of feedback of the state of the current Xfce Desktop
and Theme and a call for a new version. Check out the first whip around I
made tonight. Let me know what everyone thinks.
