[ubuntu-mythtv] Possible mirror

When we setup our mirror load scripts we can limit the load to whatever you
like. If you want to donate the 600GB/month we would gladly use it. Please
visit with the devs in #ubuntu-mythtv-dev on irc.freenode.net to discuss the
details of adding a mirror.
