This should now be working, it doesn't do round-robin - but it does
randomly switch between the current 2 US mirrors for people from the US
- and detects the UK mirror for people from UK, and the rest of the
world gets a lucky dip of all 3.

The links on the main site have been updated, Please report any detected
bugs.
