[ubuntu-mythtv] Mirrors for USA (Alpha4)

I just got an email from Chris at Polorix.net.  He won't be able to
mirror alpha 4 this month.

So for Alpha4, we are using Daviey's dreamhost mirror in CA.  We also
will plan on adding one from Ben Dailey as well as Nick Fox as soon as
they are set up.
