[ubuntu-mythtv] Sync up mirrors for final

I was away at a conference this weekend, but my nightly rsync updated us-ca2
properly and it is all set.

Everyone,

We are on the cusp of the final release.  Tgm4883 and I updated the site
today
to reflect all  the new content except for the final announce message.  We
need
to make sure that everyone is in shape with their mirrors now.

Please double check your md5sums if at all possible too.  We had a hiccup in
the
ISOs generated on Friday and had to re-generate earlier this morning.

As of right now we know these mirrors to be ready:
uk.cdimages.mythbuntu.org

osuosl.cdimages.mythbuntu.org

This leaves for sure these mirrors to be at least double checked:
us-il.cdimages
us-az.cdimages
us-mi.cdimages
us-ca.cdimages
us-ca2.cdimages
.cdimages

Also we have a germany mirror to be added.
Soren, if at all possible can you get back to us with your bandwidth and
sync up
when you get a moment?
You've got the DNS for germany.cdimages.mythbuntu.org in place now.
