[ubuntu-mythtv] Rename ISOs for cleaner URLs

Everyone,

Is there any objection to renaming the ISOs so the URLs are cleaner by
replacing the ~ with a -? It appears some browsers expand ~ (tilde) into %7E
which causes some tracking issues in the redirect script database. I would
recommend that the current release have symlinks made for the new names. I
have both my mirrors fixed. If there is no opposition to the change can
mirrors reply back with there mirror name and the fact that they have the
symlinks in place so the download links can be updated. How would this
affect the torrents? Here is a php script to create the symlinks:
