[ubuntu-mythtv] [Bug 129265] can't install multiple tuners during initial setup

Public bug reported:

The mythbuntu installation gui will not allow you to install multiple
instances of the same tuner.  For example, if you have a pvr-500 and a
hdhomerun, it will only allow you to add one pvr-xxx card and one
hdhomerun tuner.
