If all countries list all language used in their region, than the list will be extremely long. First, no, i do get the English Version, as as you said, it is the date-notification issue, there is no other option to show english even in Malaysia Region. Just wish that Ubuntu can add one more option for Malaysia Region, with the date-time in english.
