I recently installed Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 on the new machine that I made for my friend. What a great OS... I can't wait to see how my friend will be impressed. I've already impressed my neighbour here and they are ready to port to ubuntu in no time... heheheh
<br><br>Anyway, as I'm trying to get rid of totem autoplay when I insert DVD on my box because totem really can't play DVD and I use VLC to play it.<br><br>So, I go to System > Preferences > Removable Drives and Media
<br>click on Multimedia tab<br>and then uncheck the Play video DVD when inserted<br>then close it<br><br>My problem is, when I insert dvd or vcd on this drive, it still will pop up the annoying Totem player. I've tried to restart and the problem is still there.
<br><br>I'm stuck with this... Anyone have ideas on how I can fix it?<br clear="all">I'm searching for any config files if exists in my /etc folder but I'm lost... hehehe.. too many files to find. I'm out of ideas... please help me!!
