[ubuntu-my] English Suggestion for Region & Language

Good Day,

I would to like to ask that, why is it no English available in Region & 
Language for Malaysia region .

I don't mean that I dislike Malays language, just I would to remain 
English day, month name on the panel.
I had to change to other region to get English, but some of the 
application's setting which rely on the region such as GnuCash needed to 
be re-setting after each installation.

I just hope an English edition will be added into the list. Much 
appreciate.
