[ubuntu-my] Updating Ubuntu Malaysia Re-Approval Page

Salam all,

I'm working on this wiki page for Ubuntu Malaysia LoCo re-approval [1]

There is pending todo list for this wiki.
a) To change the *Re-Approval Application Date
b) To update the experiences/effort section with 2011 activities and photos
c) To add other notes/links related to ubuntu-my activities which seems
appropriate.

For those who are good in english, please double check or proof-read my
writings since I'm not so good in english btw.
*And if you think you can help adding informations, feel free to update the
wiki page.
