Installing WUBI is as simple as installing any applications. It will ask for
amount of disk space to alocate, but will not partition. Instead it will
create a file on the disk of your choice and use it as a virtual hd to
install ubuntu. It will add an option to the Windows bootloader to boot Win7
or ubuntu.
