I suggest do it at some open area such as Old Town White Coffee, etc
1 of the best is the Old Town White Coffee at Yap Kwan Seng.

If we need to have a projector screen, then at Platinum Walk Danau Kota,
Setapak have 1 called Coffee Station have open space projector screen and
Wifi.

Another one in Setapak is called Crystal Seafood Restaurant which have such
facilities as well.

But if wanted to be easy for everyone to go, then the Old Town White Coffee
at Yap Kwan Seng is the best location, although do not have projector
screen.
