The problem is the = sign. Equal signs means you are assigning a variable to
the template. But the template doesn't accept named variable.

Below are workarounds.

replacing = sign with =
{{Terminal| $ sudo aticonfig --initial --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf }}

Using {{=}} template. I've just included this template for you :-)
{{Terminal| $ sudo aticonfig --initial --input{{=}}/etc/X11/xorg.conf }}

I've tested these soultions and hope it works for you.
