[ubuntu-my] Malay localization upstreaming

Hi Axel & team,

thanks for put me in the team. Btw, i can't make it without the Malay
Localization team members in launchpad. nice to get know u guys... hope
within the team we can make Malay to be port in Firefox 3.5.
