I think it will be good if u can put ur details in point-form instead
of paragraph, make it simple and straight to the point as the council
members will not have time to go thru it in details. Create a section
call "contributions" or something like that and group all ur
contributions under that section so that they know what r ur
contributions. Can include contributions that is not related to
Ubuntu, but on other FOSS as well.

Ur basic contact details r not enough, where is ur linkn to ur
launchpad profile? And for your contributions, please specify in more
details instead of "Helping on Ubuntu-my mailing list". They for sure
will ask, what type of contributions, etc etc.

Well, those are my tips. Others may able to contribute as well.
