[ubuntu-my] Bandwidth Test for MY is way far lower than other country

suggestions to TMnet

1. give all users 10M/20bit ADSL and form a gigantic intranet within
Malaysia and datacenters inside Malaysia
2. throttle traffic outside Malaysia to present standards until they
upgrade the backbone out of Malaysia
3. set up terra-byte sized proxies for traffic outside Malaysia

torrent users may not be pleased but then we would definitely make it
easier for Malaysians to access our online banking and news or gov't
websites. after all, what is CyberJaya all about anyway?

the "infrastructure" within the country is adequate. the problem is the
backbones out of Malaysia which is costly.
