[ubuntu-my] Bandwidth Test for MY is way far lower than other country

ya.. memang pun.. kalau kat findland, minimum speed untuk asymmetric
DSL (aka mcm streamyx) adalah 5Mbps, paling laju utk ADSL adalah
24Mbps.. malaysia je masih lagi di tahap 384 kbps - 8Mbps.. bilanya
nak berubahnya tah.. bottleneck manjang.. tapi ada cyberjaya..
