[ubuntu-my] How do i burn my 9.04 download to disk pls?

i've used reiserfs for /home for so long, i don't know exactly why. 

usually i have a large partition for /home (380GB on my main laptop now)
and i think reiserfs is more efficient. also, i think it was the choice
because it is reputed to have a much better journalling system than
extfs. iinm, there are also some speed advantages.
