[ubuntu-my] Lets Move Forward !!!

Salam,

I've created topic for 9.10 Karmic Koala.  So members could do
discussion about karmic development, bugs and new features under 9.10
topic.  

Plus I created a section for EOL version of Ubuntu.  Topic for 7.10 has
been sent under EOL section.  I hope this will help in organizing our
forum.

Should we make a portal for this forum as a main interface for our
forum?(open for discussion).
