[ubuntu-my] Talent search is on for cybersecurity students

Agree with Haris. What we need right now is the ability for outside help to
come in and work together to build a more targeted, robust architecture. I
am sure they have the same notion. Lets see what we can do. :-) In the mean
time, we would love to hear your opinion on how the Gov should tackle
CyberSecurity. What are we lacking, what is required, and do you think
there's a solution to this ?
