[ubuntu-my] Talent search is on for cybersecurity students

It will indeed be interesting to see how and what MY Gomen will do.
Correct me if I am wrong, but at the moment there is still some
confusion over who actually has the final say over cyber security. Is
it Cybersecurity? MYCERT?

The Americans at least have DHS for them to be a single point of
reference on digital as well as conventional security
counter-measures. We in MY have no such agency. The separation of
GOMEN and private sector may not be a good thing.

The question then is, how can we in the community help? Coz at the end
of the day it all concerns us.
