[ubuntu-my] Switching launchpad profile from "malaysianteam" to "ubuntu-my"

All,

We are switching / moving our Launchpad profile from [1]
~malaysianteam to our new [2] ~ubuntu-my.

The reasons for the changed are:
- ubuntu-(country code) is the standard [3] team naming convention
- ubuntu-my is the sub-team for [4] "Approved LoCo Team" and [5]
"Ubuntu Local Community Teams"

With the above changes, we would like to invite all existing members
from ~malaysianteam or new members to [6] join the new team profile.
