[ubuntu-my] Installing Ubuntu on Acer laptops

Hi all,

Mostly it is the chipset to my experience.

Few years ago with 7.04 also problems with my Acer laptop.

Solved it with NOAPIC etcetera. Forget already how doing exactly.

I would suggest if u might have problems take a look at Google and look for
your chipset together with Ubuntu or what ever Linux-distro you have. 90%
you will find solution. Of course this takes some time.
