[ubuntu-my] Installing Ubuntu on Acer laptops

I'm installing from 8.10 on acer 5050, everything look ok, but the sound
can't be used unless I plug in any earphone :)

Try installing 8.10 and upgrade it to 9.04, see if any success story ^ _ ^
