[ubuntu-my] Standardizing the Ubuntu Malaysia

[OT] The webmaster could write in English and use some sort of translator
plugin to translate it _if_ there is any that can translate English to
Bahasa Malaysia flawlessly. Machine's translatiion tend to sound funny
though. Else we're doing the same thing twice.
