[ubuntu-my] Standardizing the Ubuntu Malaysia

I actually did contact the owner of ubuntu.my domain name last few
weeks and we have agreed that they will only use the domain for
Ubuntu-related matters (they plan to host Ubuntu mirror with that
domain). They also agreed to let us use the domain name if we require
it (although they will continue to pay for it).

We'll see how it goes with the comments from the rest of team members.
