[ubuntu-my] Ubuntu-MY WebTeam Volunteer

[ApOgEE]

It is normal in opensource project where people come and go. I think we
better create another mailing list for webteam. with that, we won't miss out
anything and newcomer in the team can also track back what is happening in
the web team.

maybe we can also link the webteam  to launcpad and track the progress
there.
