Anyway,


1) I guess you are new here and didn't know why I wasn't on IRC...
2) It's not that I don't google but perhaps I have something which is much
more important to do with my time, not everyone is as free as you...
3) Some  companies have a strict firewall policy especially for me who is
working in a highly high-risk labs (I don't have to explain where I am
working)
4) Mibbit is good, but  it seems that you don't understand what I mean by
"company policy" and It's not about getting on IRC through web......
5) I think most of the working "adults" will understand what I mean by
"company policy" when it comes to communication during working hours...
6) The only reason why I asked for YM is due to the fact that It can send an
offline message, and not by any means because It's allowed in the policy...
7) I don't have to elaborate more...
