FYI, UTM has a local mirror server for Ubuntu and a few linux distros:
http://linfoss.fkm.utm.my/ftp/linux/distrib/ubuntu/

I'm not sure if they have a long-term plan, later release e.g. Gutsy
Gibbon seems not available in the mirror server.
