[ubuntu-my] set ip address at linux

[smithveg]

ya, i can browser the site, i can go every where in the Internet. But
couldn't login to Admin Panel. I also think this is the firewall issues. But
i already close the firewall in that PC. As i know ubuntu default
installation will not open the firewall.
