Problem with Thunderbird-trunk

Hello,

Since I updated today my version of  thunderbird-trunk from mozilla  
daily ppa to 16.0~a1~hg20120705r10580.98355-0ubuntu1~umd1~precise I am  
unable to start it anymore.

Here is the message I get :

I have the Lightning extension installed, and some others.

If I suppress the {e2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103} folder from  
the extension folder of my profile :
