Sorry for this bother, but I'm currently unable to get https access with
this computer, so i can't see what that launchpad.net site says.

1) will someone please tell me what is necessary for me to get this KU
10.4 system to apt-install FF 4 from the PPA through apt?

2) Any idea why that page is not available as http?  - That is really
inconvenient, & I can't think of a necessity for it.
