This appears to be related to https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/2716
which was depending on another issue (http://bugs.debian.org/610499)
because these dependencies are generated by mozilla-devscripts.

It doesn't look like it has had any movement since January, I wonder if
it has been forgotten and could use a ping... so I just CC'd that bug
here to see if we can get a current status out of it.
