Announcing Thunderbird Stable PPA open for testing

This PPA[1] will hold the current stable version of Thunderbird for
Ubuntu releases that do not have the latest stable version. The initial
packages should be treated with *caution* as we have not done extensive
testing on previous Ubuntu releases. If you find bugs, please file
against thunderbird in Ubuntu, but tag with PPA. Feel free to join us in
#ubuntu-mozillateam on freenode with any questions.

It is suggested to backup your ~/.mozilla-thunderbird folder before
upgrading.
