Bug#572209: icedove: IMAP subscribe only lists subscribed folders on refresh

When I open up the IMAP folder subscribe to start with, I get all the
possible folders I could subscribe to. When I click "refresh", all the
folders other than the ones I'm currently subscribed to disappear...
I've tested this with icedove 2.0.0.22, and it works fine there, but not
with 3.0.1-2.
