Bug#566329: Add a NEWS.Debian entry about the changed profile folder

Hi Alex,

as discussed on IRC, a note in NEWS.Debian (or at least in the
changelog) that the profile folder has changed from
~/.mozilla-thunderbird to ~/.icedove and that the old folder can safely
be deleted if icedove has sucessfully migrated all data/settings to the new
profile folder.
