Resurection of Bug #427638 xulrunner includes no longer have nspr headers; explicit link against nspr is required?

Hello

I'm trying to port xiphos to xulrunner-1.9.2 from the dailies ppa. And
I have noticed that the nspr headers are not included with
xulrunner-embedded.pc and a couple of others in the
xulrunner-1.9.2-dev and xulrunner-1.9.3-dev.

nspr includes are gone in 1.9.2 and 1.9.3 head branches is this
intentional or accidental?

See the edited diff with relevant pieces of changed include flags.

The issue is the same - some of the xulrunner-embedded.pc headers
include nspr headers and can't find them unless the include flag is
passed for the nspr.

/me thought it's ok to use 1.9.1 package in ubuntu but the bug was
promtly closed again =(
