Bug#545299: icedove-dbg: Please do no depend on icedove-gnome-support

Hi!

	icedove-dbg depends currently on icedove as well as
icedove-gnome-support. However the debug package is usefull as well
without the gnome-support package installed. Could you please
downgrade from Depends to at least Recomends, Suggests would be really
nice.
