It looks like we need to update mozilla-devscripts for
upstream releases. Here is what I'm getting on seamonkey

>   (local version is 1.1.15+nobinonly, mangled local version number 1.1.15)

It hasn't changed for ~4 minutes.
I am guessing we should use a generic link although i
thought we it grabbed 1.1.15 just fine.
Not sure why its calling 1.1.15 mangled as we know it built
fine and works fine since it is in repos.
