This is probably is a bug. Seems that nspluginwrapper installed the
wrappers at the "default" locations for you. if that really happens
with our package it would mean that our patch for NSPLUGINDIR needs to
be improved so it prevents this behaviour again.
Now:
* Please remove them (use rm)
* apt-get install --reinstall flashplugin-nonfree
* check whether those links reappeared for you
