Additional plugins are required ... FF305 ubuntu810

Hi,
My environment:
Acer TravelMate 4720
ubuntu 8.10
Firefox 3.0.5

I often get a message bar saying: "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" and a button "Install Missing Plugins".
Clicking on the button returns me 2 possible results. Either as shown in:

dol1.png, dol2.png and dol3.png, or:
rmutk1.png, rmutk2.png, rmutk3.png and rmutk4.png.

Files are attached with this email.

The problem is not so serious but irritating one.
