Firefox 3.1 and Thunderbird 3.0 antialiasing issues. Is it really unfixable at the moment?

Give it a try and let us know ... also I uploaded a rather "aggressive"
approach for fontconfig to the ~mozillateam ppa yesterday, consider to
test that if you see issues with the current jaunty
