Bug#515900: icedove: Printing ignores page setup completely

Hi,

if I print out mails on paper the margins defined in the page setup dialogue
are ignored. Also the customized page header and page footer don't work. It is
like icedove completely ignores the values from the second pane in the page
setup dialogue.
