Bug#561138: icedove fails on mail folders over 2gb; wraps around to start of folder

when a mail folder is over 2gb, trying to display a message shows the first messages in the folder.  also stops filters from working & folder 
cannot be compacted.  no error message was given when i tried to download mail that made the folder exceed this size.  had to delete inbox folder 
file to fix.
